The "Chef Kilo” is 40 ounces of Solar Fleur de Sel Finishing Sea Salt packed in a three-layer foil coffee bag, with a one-way degassing valve to release trapped air inside of the bag, with a reusable slide zipper for lengthy storage. A three-layer foil barrier provides protection against oxygen entering and drying out the existing moisture Fleur de Sel sea salt excretes in nature, keeping the freshness intact from the day it was harvested!
